Terms and Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with the Independent Enigma terms and conditions before making your purchase.

Shipping details for each item will be made clear in the individual item description. It is likely that items for the same company will be shipped in the same number of working days and at the same cost, though please note, items from different companies will likely not be the same in price or duration. Delivery durations are an estimate and so cannot be guaranteed though if your order takes longer than expected please get in touch and we'll do what we can to get it to you.

Independent Enigma solely acts as a third party and as a result can not be held accountable for problems with the order if they are beyond Independent Enigma's control (e.g. An issue with the hosting/original company). However, if there is an issue with your order please get in touch via the contact tab and we'll do everything we can to get your order to you.

Many of the companies affiliated with Independent Enigma run on a made to order basis, and it should be stated that many of these companies have a no-return policy on one of a kind orders. Each item will be indicated in it's description box if it is not refundable.
